TIA I think you're screwed mate :( The Police are always right and the court is most likely to believe his story. A pal of mine was "clocked" at 95 MPH in a 70 MPH, when he was actually doing 65 MPH (he had been up to 80 MPH to make an overtake in the previous two miles which might've been visible to the speed car up on the hill). He told me the Policeman got a handheld out of the boot as he was rounding the corner and flagged him over. The figure was most likely left over from the last speed check. There was a Mercedes directly behind my friend doing the same speed (65 MPH), but the guy didn't want to come forward at court. Good luck with it, but you might well have to take a bite of the proverbial sh*t sandwich this time. Paul 1989 900 Turbo S http://saab.go.dyndns.org/
