I think all of the touchy-feely reasons, which are valid, are why Saab cars sell as low as they do on eBay. But, if it was someone like Sweeny (I don't know if he does do eBay, just an example) or another well-known Saab dealer selling there, I'd have no objections. There's one outfit in Pennsylvania who sells dozens of Saab and other quality cars a week, their feedback is stellar, and I'd buy from them with no hesitation, sight unseen, based on their description and the hundreds of people who are happy with them. Some guy with a feedback rating of 11 out of 12, total? It'd have to be pretty low price to be worth the potential gotcha.
