Neighbor siphoning gas out of your tank regularly? If you're getting 10 MPG, that's much less than what you should be, which means a lot of your power isn't getting to the road. Something somewhere is either leaking your fuel source, or getting awfully damn hot. What method are you using to measure your mileage? ...and, does your neighbor have breath that smells of petrol?
