The dealer screwed you. The radio will _not_ work without that code. If it was not a Saab dealership that did the work, then find a Saab dealer and ask for help. Any Saab dealer should have looked it up by VIN and then entered the correct code. There is no way for you to use the radio without the code and a Saab dealer is the only one who can look it up for you. Most will look up the code for free if you show then the registration to prove you own the car. Bob
