Unfortunately, I live in an area where the roads are uniformly awful. Were this not the case, the Aero may have been the one. What an impressive car. The A4 has its irritations. It is also actually fairly stiff, though not approaching the Aero. The clutch threshold is very high off the floor and there is an annoying return to idle throttle lag--makes shifting a totally new bag. After-market stereo installation is problematic because of the diagnostic circuitry. I've yet to experience the perfect car, but had my 900S had 200 hp and systems that were not on the verge of failing, it would still be parked in the garage. We'll see...
