It is a TechII or maybe an ISAT, I do not know for sure. I had to go to a dealer to get mine read/reset. If your mechanic reset yours previously, he can read out the code and reset it. The code will tell you where the fault is. If it is the steering contact, this has to be replaced. This same contact is required by the horn.
