Subject: Re: 1987 9000S Engine Temp Question

Here's what I just did to mine. I pulled off the fan turn-on sensor switch plug (mounted on the raditator 1/2 way down to the left as you look in from the front) connections & then 'jumped' these 2 connections so that the fan will always be on when driving (in the winter I'll disconnect them if the heater doesn't get cold enough). When the vehicle is turned off the fan will keep running for awhile (sometimes 10 minutes) & then turn off. Next I will by a lower temp thermostat. I might try a 175F degree type because 192F seems a not low enough drop from the original 195F). I'll let you know how it works out. Mark
