Maybe they can read english, but maybe the question doesn't translate to

Maybe a shorter more accurate answer can be provided when the poster, 
and the respondent are doing it in their first language.

I'm english, we invented english, but I'm not arrogant enough to think 
that it would be suitable for everything, especially when it maybe a 
technical query.

Of course, the original polish, and an english translation would have 
helped.
