Well, the price is high - 20 k PLN (4500 EU, 3600 > GBP). I was offered a car two years younger for this price. Doesn't sound outrageous. My 1988 T16S (sedan, not the hatch) cost me 2500GBP about a year ago, with 120000 miles on the clock. > Is there any way to establish if the mileage really is so low? Does it justify the higher price that much? I'd say that you're not likely to see much higher maintenance costs for the engine if you went for a car with another 30-40000 miles on it; mine certainly hasn't cost me that much so far. If it's not been driven much, has it been well-garaged? If the bodywork is pristine, it's certainly worth paying extra for. Check the wheel arches, the bottoms of the doors, check the bonnet for stone chips. I mean, if it's got no signs of rust, then it's definitely worth the money, in my opinion. See if you can get a good look underneath, as well. M -- "It's the small gaps between the rain that count, and learning how to live amongst them." -- Jeff Noon
