Subject: Abbott LPT power upgrade - any experiences?

I'm thinking of getting this for my '97 2.3 LPT 9000 CSE Anniversary automatic. The website says it takes it from the 170hp standard to 210bhp. Anyone got any experiences with this? What's the difference between the ECU upgrade and the "LPT Power upgrade"? Other than the latter being more expensive, of course :) Also, what would people recommend in the way of chassis/suspension mods? The Abbott website has various antiroll bar bushes and so on - do these help any? I'm looking for something that makes it faster when fully loaded (it's fine with just me in it), that reduces the understeer and "lean" on corners, but without changing the external appearance (so, no lowered springs or bigger wheels) and preserving, as far as possible, the ride and comfort. P.
