Subject: 92 9000S - Rear Brake Job - Any Advice Appreciated
I figure this one is old enough now that I can start beating and banging on
it myself. Thought I would start with the rear brakes since the pads are at
about 20 % The rotors are barely worn enough to feel a ridge but I will
replace them anyway as the surface is badly pitted. Everything looks to be
easy to access; ie ; bleeder and caliper bolts. There is a guide pin for the
rim that has to be removed and supposedly there is an adjusting screw for
the handbrake cable which I didn't see. Anyone know the correct size for
the "metric" hex key neede to remove the caliper bolts? Any other surprises
I should be aware of ?
