You should be able to get everything fixed under warranty, except the stone chips. You can use a touch-up stick to hide them, or order a hood protection strip from Saab. It's a $36 piece of pre-cut black adhesive that covers just the leading lip of the hood. (Some dealers keep them in stock, you might want to ask.) Covers the old chips and prevents any new ones. Not that noticeable on a black car.
