I needed a new shift knob for my 1994 900 Classic convertible, and despite fairly vigorous googling ad to my surprise, could not find a US source. I did find two UK sources and was forced to confront my prejudices about ordering from a "furrin" country that wasn't Canada. All the usual overblown worries about shipping delays, expense, "pounds sterling" conversion, etc that we 'mericans who rarely buy from foreign sources usually avoid. I placed my order on the t.com website on July 4 (even I did not miss the irony). It arrived today, ten days later. The price was reasonable and the shipping cost was $10. For perspective, I have paid more for shipping, and have definitely waited longer, for orders shipped UPS from California (I'm on the East coast). I have seen the light, and will try to expand my horizons. So, very good experience with t.com that I wanted to pass along. No connection to the company, just a satisfied yank customer.
