I could use some help on this. We purchased a used, 2000 9.3 convertible in March of this year. It has only 31,000 miles and appears to be in great shape. We have a recurring problem, though -- a squeak in the front end. We've had it worked on no less than five times and the squeak always returns, usually within a couple of days after getting the car out of the shop. They've tightened bolts and replaced struts and lubricated bushings. Today, when I called the shop -- where they know us very well by now -- the response was, "I don't know what to tell you." It's too annoying to live with, and I can't believe it's acceptable from Saab's perspective. I welcome any and all thoughts. Thank you!
