Try this; Remove pads on offending side, Using an oil seal pick [or a bit of bent wire] gently lift to one side the rubber gaiter on the piston, not the calliper body, just enough to spray in some brake cleaner to wash off all the congealed crap that has accumulated and ten try to screw the piston outwards first, this more often than not will free off the piston, I am not suggesting that you drive with iffy brakes but it will be an improvment till you get new parts if needed, Regards, Tom.
