Adjustable, you can dial in whatever you want. While you're in there, you might want to replace the upper bearings and the misc washers. Ther parts are cheap enough and you'll be sure that none of it is out of spec. Make sure you seat the spring in the correct position. You might want to reach in there now and see if the spring is correctly positioned. You should be able to feel the end of the spring right up against the stop on the lower mount/plate. Yo can do this in the driveway without even jacking up the car. Bob
