I'm very happy with Saabtech, (773) 525-7222. They've been doing work on my car since I got it and, when something was covered by warranty, sent me off to the dealer to get it done. So far, they've done my front pads (twice) and the rear pads, replaced the driver's side mirror (for less than the estimate from my usual body shop), and the 60,000 maintenance.
