Newcastle -> Bergen by boat, Bergen -> Oslo by train, takes you along the (er...Hardangerfjord I think? Big and impressive, whichever one it is). The boat from Newcastle is an overnight, I seem to recall. Have you driven a Fjord lately? Dave
