Generally, (since we still don't know what you were told, how you found out about the need for replacements, how many miles was on the car, if there was any sort of warranty at all, including an implied warranty, and what documentation you might or might not have gotten with the car if this was a used sale or one you had had from the very beginning) and in this order: 1) dealer 2) saab itself 3) better business bureau 4) local district attorney 5) possibly the state's attorney (latter two are for criminal stuff) Otherwise, you can take them to case in small claims court, or district court for civil damages. You will have to prove that they lied to you, that the deliberately misrepresented the facts of the car (which kinda implies that they *knew* beforehand that all this stuff needed replacement), and possibly that they SET OUT to deceive you, rather than make a simple misstatement of fact. NOTE: I am not a lawyer, I do not even play one on TV, so this varies considerably according to local law and custom. This is also assuming things that you have not told us at all. Not that I can help further, but just the words "they ripped me off!" repeated lots of times convey your feelings, but don't help with the facts of the case. Step back from the situation, breathe, and write down what happened. If nothing else, you'll need it for whomever you talk to.
