Hi there, Just one question you keep mentioning that something like 5 out of every 100 new Michelin tyres on small cars have problems (experiencing blowouts) where have you obtained this information from is it word of mouth or from some statistical record held by SAAB, Michelin or some other statistical data collection agency?
