I have been myself through about ten SAAB repair places in MA and RI, including the official dealerships. So far, the best of them has been RPM Automotive, and specifically the guy called Ross Martin. Compared to others his repairs last (I never had to re-repair the same thing over and over again. I also never heard "We do not hear it" or "We do not know what it is", or "This is not bad" that I have had so often in other places). His prices were much more reasonable too.
