It may be a very nice car, but it is difficult to sell at that vintage, hence the buyer can't expect a lot. £1000 territory. CS models looks better and are worth slightly more. Don't worry too much about engine power as long as it has a 2.0 LPT (like mine) and beyond. Reliability & condition is more important at that age.
