I want a signed video/vCD (free to the first to ask, of course). I'll sort you out. > > When is the "big run"? You said mid-Nov, but we're there now. C'mon, where's > the goods? :)))) Still, fcuk me - 170+ with a C900 is seriously good tuning. > We need proof though - C900 drivers are not stupid! LOL was aiming for Mid Nov but it might be Early Dec now, Fastest run so far is 158mph but the aerodynamics just aren't happening. I'm trying to dial out the downforce and just keep it at a minimal downforce/anti-lift setting but with no wind tunnel and only a few hours testing available a week its a little difficult. My big fear is that as its almost a flat bottom car and I can't get any real serious (100kilo+) downforce to push it to the floor if it gets the wind under it its not going to be pretty. That extra 12mph is a bit tricky and its compounded but the relatively huge frontal area of the C900. Its there and it will do it its just a matter of tweeking everything up right. Got another rolling road session booked for Friday where we'll be working on top end boost and hopefully be able to take a reliable power reading without it walking off the rollers. BTW we were down to 4.8mpg from it this weekend. > > Can I have your car when you've finished? My reg is F910 xxx - which is like > F900 but better :) I'll swap reg plates if you'll buy be T80RCA (T8 ORCA). I can build you one exactly the same spec as mine for between 14K and 20K depending on if you want a Carbon Fibre or ABS plastic undertray and if you want a road going 300bhp or a track going 300+bhp. Remember mines not a lot of use around town. If you want to discuss the Saab or any of the tuning feel free to drop me a mail. Matt > > Paul >
