Don't know if this will still do you any good, but we have a '99 9-5 wagon with the 2.3 turbo and 5 speed - it is a great car. No major problems, I'm amazed at how well SAAB had this car sorted out in the beginning. If a mechanic checkout, maintenance history and the price are good, go for it!
