Subject: 9000 Clutch/Flywheel

Hi, i finally found some time to take the gearbox out, and i found the clutch in a pretty devastated state, there were metal bits and plates all around :) so i have a 2.0T, but i would like to install the clutch from a 2.3T, my clutch has a diameter of 228 mm, the one of the 2.3 would have 240mm, i cant quite imagine that fitting on the flywheel i have now, so my questions: is the 2.0 flywheel different from the 2.3 flywheel? will the 2.3T (240mm) clutch fit on my 2.0 flywheel? where can i get a 2.3 flywheel and how much can i expect to pay? will the 2.3 flywheel fit? i think spline is the same and as everything -93 is supposed to be compatible in that area this is not going to be a problem. reason for this upgrade is that the torque my engine is putting out is probably too much for the smaller, weaker clutch. bye simon
