Subject: SAAB 9-5 Clonk from front.


Hi, I was wondering if any one has experienced this, I have a Oct 97 SAAB 9-5 2.3 Eco (UK), and when ever I go to accelerate normally from a standing start or slowly after making a turn, I hear and feel a clonk through the steering wheel. The dealer tells me that early 9-5's where known for this and there is nothing that can be done. Initially they thought it might of been a pinch bolt which can work loose, but it turns out that it wasn't Any had this? -- Remove Nospam to reply
