Yes, that's the plan of attack with the NG900. Go through the wheel well after removing the inner fender cover. I've heard from others that the replacement bolt is unworkable so they reuse the original bolt. You should be able to do the upper pulley from above. That's the one that wears out most commonly. Install the belt while you have it open.
