There are two ways to figure out if your car has ABS. One determines if it was installed - by inspecting the brake system components for some sensor and wire on the caliper/wheel that would send a signal back to the CPU. The second would be to find a safe, flat, smooth open parking lot on a wet day. Accelerate to a sufficient speed and press the bake pedal to the floor and determine if the brake pedal pulses. This works best with mismatched tires.
