Is it gonna be a cable, or something seized? You can have a go at putting new pads and setting the brakes up correctly, but it may well not work. IME the calipers don't last much longer than 17 years! If the setting up doesn't work, you need rebuilt calipers. Yes, could be sunroof drains, and could be cabin air filter box drain. Driver's side, engine bay, just under the slots in the bonnet. Check it's clean + drains freely. -- Grunff
