Subject: T16 Engine Swap - anything to watch out for?

Hi, I got a 120K mile T16 lump minus turbo and gearbox to replace the broken one in my car. Really want to have it running to take me to work on Monday. Got plenty of tools, a car lift and a hoist.I've got a haynes. Anything I should watch out for that's going to give me trouble? The new lump has everything already attached - injection, manifolds, alternator. Am I right in thinking it's just a case of disconnecting the driveshafts, engine mountings, gear linkage rod, rad and power steering gear and then lifting the lot out? Then I have to swap the gearbox over? Any difficulties there to be expected? ta for your help, Ben
