If the back/rear of the engine is connected to the transmission, then the crankshaft pulley is on the front of the motor. Therefore, on the 9000, the water pump is on the left of the "MOTOR" as stated. It may well be to the right side of the front of the car but that doesnt change anything installed on the engine. Case closed!
