Soon after buying this 1993 Saab convertible, 5-speed, 2.1L 16 valve with about 116,000 miles (an infant compared to some of the cars I have been reading about in this group) I brought it to my mechanic to have him look it over. While handing off the keys, I tell him he was right and I did find it slow, compared the the 1994 900 S, 5-speed, 2.3L that I had been driving. He immediately chimes in and notes that he could add a Turbo to this my newly acquired convertible. Since then I have been thinking about his way more often that I should be. So what I am looking for is some idea as too what I could expect if I went ahead with this. I believe that the Turbo models have a different transmission and exhaust, so I am curious if I just add the Turbo, Inter-cooler, plumbing and needed electronics if I am going to find myself with a substantially faster car, and if I am going to run into any problems because it wasn't stock? Also what else is there that I haven't thought of? Thanks in advance. -James
