If you replace the _lower_ pulley, you may need to customize an allen wrench to remove the original pulley. Toss the new bolt and reuse the original. Many Saabers have ben down that path and as far as I know, no one has managed to use the new bolt. The upper is a breeze to do. It almost replaces itself.
