I've got the same model and had the same problem; it turns out that the relay box under the left seat (at least for LHD; I don't recall if it's under the right seat for RHD vehicles) has a known habit of working loose. Power for both seats goes through this box, so when it's loose both seats will die. Reseating the relay box fixed the problem. Of course, there could be a totally different cause of the failure, but that's what worked in my case. Joe Morris
