Subject: 99 Turbo vacuum hoses?

The 99 Turbo is ready to drive...as soon as I get the vacuum hoses in the right place. My manuals are all either too old, or too new, to show a '78 99 Turbo's vacuum routing. Can anyone tell me: 1. Where does the vacuum advance on the distributor go to? 2. Where does the small diameter port on the breather on the valve cover go to? 3. Where does the hose on the valve next to the ignition coil go to? This is the "you just stomped the turbo, I'm opening for a few seconds" valve. 4. There's a fitting on the side of the intake manifold, a large hose goes to the brake servo. Where does the small fitting connect to? 5. There's a brass fitting on _top_ of the intake manifold, right near the cold-start valve (downstream from the throttle). What goes there? It works out that I've got 3 things that need vacuum, and only two places to get it from, no matter how I add things up. What am I overlooking, please, and what should go where? My pictures, of course, don't show everything I need (isn't that always the way)? Thanks, Dave Hinz
