Pull out the orange box and carefully prize the orange cover away from the black base using a small screwdriver - this is the most fiddly bit. Now, if you want, you can look for cracked joints between the PCB and the base. Trouble is, the crack will be *really* difficult to spot. I could only just see the one on mine using a jeweler's eye glass. Even if you can't actually see the crack, re-flow all of the joints to the base. Now just put the cover back on and plug the unit back into the relay box. Job done. Cheers, Colin.
