1) there is a strap in the middle aft side of the seat bottom. Stick your hand in there, fish around 'till you find it and pull. That releases the seat bottom. 2) The electronic stuff on the right side are a) ABS brain and b) rear radio amp, if applicable. window switches: the fuse is probably blown under the rear seat bottom...
