But that's just another site run by who knows who. Usenet, by nature, doesn't have the potential for being abused by some megolomaniac site administrator. Besides, the archival and search capabilities are never up to snuff on a website, compared to what's there for google. I just don't see replacing a site with a site to be a viable fix. Yes, what's his name is an ass, but the solution is extremely simple, isn't it? It's also ... interesting ... that suddenly we have a bunch of people advocating some site, who oddly enouhgh haven't been around much before.
