Maybe...but why only a lame 4-speed automatic??? Hardly very progressive not to mention inefficient. And if being an SUV didn't itself fly in the face of Saab to begin with, they had to include a V8. A Saab with a V8??? It would have been just fine with the V6. And as I understand it, the V6 is actually a bit more refined than the V8. I've always felt that if Saab were to do an SUV it should look back into its history for inspiration...as in Scania. Perhaps they could have made an SUV in that vein...kind of a neo-industrial look and feel. Now that would have been interesting and original! - tex
