I just found your now. You sent it to my spam trap address instead of the one I specified above in my message. I seldom check that address. The only problem is that you are in Canada and the postage may be excessive for such an old book. I will check-out how cheaply I can get it to you, but I know it will be much more than the book rate within the USA. -- -Fred W
