Dave mentioned the fluids colour which needs to be red and not brown. If it is brownish it needs a few changes. When you start up the drive is in neutral, on engaging drive or reverse how quickly do you feel it start to grip? IIRC it should start to grip in about 2 seconds. How many miles has the box done?
