Latex gloves ,condoms,whatever - I will check this out and hopefully that will take care of the problem. As regards the steering it is more like the steering wheel itself is loose and also there is play backwards and forwards on the steering column downwards . Does that make any sense? Haynes talks about steering column lower bearing renewal .Could that be the problem and if so where would I get a replacement bearing ?
