The ones I have in the 92 C900T Ragtop and the ones in the 92 9kT run
off 12V. I know because they do not totally work and I took them out and
tested the motors with a 12V battery directly.
The rake angle does not work on one because the plastic tubing which
houses the cable is broken so the cable does not reach on one side.
The ones in the 9kT are memory and the memory, as well as the rake
angle, do not work.
So keep your manual seats in case you need to go back there!
