The roller in that mechanism is broken. The seatbelt assembly is the combination of the strap, roller, housing, and some type of sensor which, I believe is a saftey switch that works in conjunction with the anti-lock breaks and/or airbags. Truth be told the only reason I care about the belt is to not get cited by the Po Po. What I was really hoping for was three or four quality sources for mail ordering used SAAB replacement parts.
