Having thought a couple of minutes on how to get in and out of a car with panorama window, here is my solution. I assume that it's a sporty type with only two seats. Then it could have a panorama window extending about half way into the usual front windows. Then place the side door behind that. The seats could then slide easily on special strong rails for reaching the door position. Obviously, it should be an extra mechanism different from the normal seat adjustment, such that the seat would automatically lock and unlock into the normally adjusted position.
