Subject: Mileage dropping on 9-5 Aero

When I first got my '02 9-5 Aero, I tromped on the gas constantly. I got about 23 mpg in-town, and 28-32 on road trips. Almost 4 years later I've got 65k miles on the car. I decided I need to drive a bit less aggressively so as to reduce my gas consumption. So now, with much calmer driving, I seem to be getting 20-21 mpg in town. I haven't done a long roadtrip recently but I suspect it's down too. I've got a new set of spark plugs but other than that I haven't had the full 60k service yet. So: is this 10-15% drop in mileage to be expected, or is something wrong? Will I see the mileage go back up when I complete the 60k service? Or should I go back to mashing the gas to improve my mileage?? :-) Gary
