Sorry to hear about your issues w/ '94 Aero. To keep things in perspective, they don't all have this many problems. I have a '93 9000 Aero, purchased new in 10/93. It has 143k miles on it. Original front brakes, rears replaced at 115k, original time/balance chains/clutch, muffler replaced x1, new battery x2, heater core replaced (leaking). Head gasket was replaced under warranty. Everything else is original except tires. Mine isn't the only good one, however they do get expensive.
