My first car was a Mini Clubman. I was a poor student, and couldn't afford to maintain it properly, so it was in a pretty poor state by the end. If we risked a longer journey, something was bound to break or fall off. Our "solution" was to turn up the stereo. Glad to see Saab have finally caught-up and automated this system (assuming it is a Saab you drive). In the meantime, I suggest you go back to the old-fashioned, digital method and use your fingers, until you can get it looked at by a professional Saab Audio Technician ;)
