I'm guessing those big name brand "we'll > come to you" outfits wouldn't take care of rust, right? > > anyone know of a good place in southern Maine/northern New England that > might tackle this sort of job and not take ALL of my money (I am a poor > college student after all!) > > Thanks guys > -Chris > > '94 9000CSET > '95 NG900SET Convertible > '99 OG9-3SE > '94 NG900SE V6 *RIP* > '87 9000S *RIP* Hey Chris - I've got a small patch of bubbling paint at the top of the windshield on our 9000 too, so I'll be interested to see what anyone else has to say about this. >From what I have learned from other groups though, the proper cure (windshield removal, re-spray, new seal & re-fit) won't be anything but expensive. All the prices I've seen (UK) start from around =A31,000 which sounds like a lot of money to me? I guess the A pillars / windshield are critical to the structural safety, so you probably don't want to try and go cheap.. Let us know how you get on.
