Subject: Bust Power Steering Line - 1999, 9-3/w AC

Hi, One of my return (low pressure) power steering lines started leaking last week and it got worse by the day. I got a new one, but the job proves to be a hard one. This line comes from the PS pump down under the radiator (2 clamps), up under the battery, to hook up to another line that seems to be going to the rack and pinion. The pump side undid ok, the junction proves to be a troublesome spot to undo. I undid the 2nd line from above and I'm trying to take both out. The space is super tight though and I'm wondering if there's a special procedure to take this out? Anyone did it or is there a sequence in a service manual that I should follow? The garage wants my first born to do it, so it's out! Thank a lot, Ben
